RESIDENTIAL
New Construction
This City of Atlanta project began with a meeting on a cleared site then designed, permitted and constructed. The site design included pool layout and design, hardscape layout, entry walls and landscape design. Earthwork and utilization of large landscape materials helped to provide a sense of seclusion in a City of Atlanta neighborhood.
RESIDENTIAL
Renovations
The owners of this home wanted to soften the harsh topography and create a new sense of arrival for their new home. Relocation of the drive, removal of overgrown and outdated landscape screening the home and new retaining walls to soften the steep slope and provide a more presentable front yard. This design allows for the owners and guests the opportunity to turn around and drive out of the property instead of backing out of it. Permitting plans were required for the drive relocation, tree protetio/removal and the retaining walls.
COMMERCIAL
Large Scale / High End
TopGolf Midtown Atlanta. Working with the City of Atlanta Arborist, professional arborists and the Owner's team, more than $250,000 in tree recompense fees were saved for the client. Utilizing the elements of the TopGolf logo in the site design as well as natural stone and plantings helped to bring this attractive project to life. Working with the Owner, the General Contractor, the landscape contractor and the architect, the site came together and is now a popular destination point in the City of Atlanta.

Small Scale / Renovation
VeriStor, Duluth Georgia. Working with the Client and Landscape Contractor, we re-designed the site to match owner expectations and budget. The renovations to the building and the site have provided VeriStor a new and fresh look for their new offices.

Higher Education projects included Dormitories, Dining Halls, Recreational Facilities, Book Stores, Infirmaries and Identifiation/Monumental sign design. K-12 projects include school campus plans, infrastructure improvement plans, recreational facilities and environmental mitigation projects.

RELIGEOUS
Various Religeous Denominations
Landscape Architecture has a special tie with Religeous Institutions. Many of the earliest and best known landscape and garden designs were performed for royalty, and the Church. Projects of a religeous nature are special projects, projects that allow us to bring the beauty of God's natural world to the people of the Church.
